Affirmations are spoken intentions that reprogram the subconscious mind with the conscious mind.
When spoken and meditated upon daily, affirmations can not only create confidence through reprogramming your subconscious mind but also create the life you want and deserve.
Below are a few examples of affirmations that I speak over myself to disrupt the negative programming. It is more than just saying these words. You also have to feel and believe them for your life.
