Take Time for You

We need to be just as patient and kind to ourselves as we are with everyone else.
I am a what you call a “shallow breather”. Just doing deep breathing for 15 minutes works wonders for my health.
Place your phone on “Do Not Disturb” and set your timer for 15 minutes. Sit with yourself and breathe deeply with your eyes closed.
You won’t believe how fast time will fly and before you know it, the alarm will go off and you can get on with your day! 🧘🏽♀️🧘🏽♂️😮💨🫶🏽
